The school disco scheduled for Thursday 29th March has been postponed to Thursday 31st May due to the School Production. Enrichment Week letters have been given to all pupils today. These are also available to view on the Letters Page under Community Week.

Correction to term dates!
Sincere apologies for an error in announcing that the 20th July 2012 would be an extra day’s holiday this year. It seems that this school (and several others) was given the wrong advice. Friday 20th July 2012 is a school day and pupils are expected in school until 3:25pm on that day.
Sport For All at West Moors!
Congratulations to Charlie (Y7) who recently earned his purple belt at Karate and to Ellie in Y6 for her gymnastic skills. Thinking Skills afternoon.
Emma, Lydia and Lisa thoroughly enjoyed their thinking skills afternoon. ‘It was really fun. Everyone enjoyed it. We did lots of activities that involved using our imaginations and creativity. ‘The activities included brainteasers and a craft challenge where we had to make specific items with limited materials. ‘We would love to do it again.’
Update on Open Evening/Morning
Last week we held two open mornings and an open evening to give parents the opportunity to tour the school and meet staff and pupils.
